From 2017 commercial properties in Swan Street and Harper Road were demolished to make way for a complete redevelopment of the site. Archaeological excavations carried out prior to the commencement of construction work revealed a complete Roman sarcophagus. The new buildings were finally completed in 2019. They are three blocks of flats: 25 Harper Road (32 flats), 56 Swan Street (14 flats) and 66 Swan Street (18 flats).
