Liaising with our landlords and managing agents

TNRA provides advice for our members and - when appropriate - pursues issues and initiatives on their behalf with:

• our managing agents Knight Frank (for most tenancies)

• Devere-Catt Ltd (for all long leasehold properties)

How we do this

We discuss significant issues raised by our members at our monthly committee meetings. We then decide what action to take, pursue matters appropriately and provide follow-up individually and in the case of common issues via our e-Letters.

We also hold quarterly liaison meetings with Trinity House, very regularly with Knight Frank and when necessary also with Devere-Catt Ltd. During such meetings we share information and ideas, pursue current issues and generally ensure that proper consideration is given to our members’ interests and concerns.
