The third decade: Gates installed across Trinity Street … TNRA asks council for skip to visit the estate once a month – this continues until 2020 … First Garden Fete in MS as part of London Open Garden Squares Day in 1998 … First Porch Sale of books and bric-a-brac in 2003
2006 - 2016
The fourth decade: TNRA discusses with Trinity House longer leases and more security of assured shorthold tenants … TNRA volunteers work on Garden Action Days to improve state of the gardens … TNRA noticeboard installed in Trinity Street in 2011 … TNRA discount schemes set up with local businesses
2016 - present
The fifth decade and beyond: On 22 November 2016, TNRA celebrates 40th anniversary with a party in Henry Wood Hall … From 2018 subscriptions can be paid online … Facebook group is set up and administered by Tanja Jost … Trilogy development on Swan Street and Harper Road site is completed in 2019, adding 64 more properties to Trinity Village and potential TNRA membership … Covid pandemic and lockdown mean 2020 AGM is cancelled and 2021 AGM held on Zoom … Most events are cancelled but residents enjoy using the gardens while socially distanced
