It’s so sad that the streets and parks in and around our estate, one of the most beautiful areas of London, are spoilt by refuse. That’s why we’re organising a morning of litter picking that’ll focus will be on the Dickens’ Fields park and, if we have enough people and time, Newington Gardens as well.
Volunteers should report to the TNRA store at 32 Trinity Church Square from 10am with gardening gloves and wearing suitable clothing/footwear.
TNRA will supply litter picking “sticks” and rubbish bags. Once the work is done, we’ll adjourn to The Roebuck from 12 noon for a drink.
If you can let us know in advance on info@tnra.net that’ll really help - or else just turn up on the day. We hope to be joined by our neighbours from the Harper Road Mosque as well as our councillors.
